Emerging as a hotbed for foreign direct investment (FDI), Vietnam has attracted total pledged FDI of over $20 billion during the first 11 months of this year, with Samsung among the largest contributors. Another development sees DIC Corp, a real estate company, disinvesting its entire 28 per cent holding in Fico Binh Duong Cement Company.
