Proptech has emerged as one of the most interesting sectors to watch in Vietnam over the past few years. Home to over 140 startups at its peak in 2020-21, the industry is now reeling under a stagnant real estate market which has forced some to shut down while others have had to tweak their business models to stay afloat.
