California-based venture capital (VC) firm Formation 8 is in the process of raising a $400 million fund for late-stage investments in Asia Pacific (APAC) markets, according to an SEC regulatory filing by Brian Koo, founder and general partner of the firm. The new fund is called F8 Asia Growth.
