After a four-year-long wait, Sinwattana Crowdfunding Platform recently received the approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to be Thailand’s first full equity crowdfunding platform. The platform now plans to raise $30 million in 2019 to fuel its regional expansion, Hong Sin Kwek, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of PhoenixICT, an operator of Sinwattana Platform, told DEALSTREETASIA.
