Thai logistics firm JWD Infologistics Pcl, plans to close an acquisition of what it described as one of Malaysia’s leading cold storage services provider this month. According to JWD’s chief executive, the transaction value of the acquisition is at about 1.5 billion to 2 billion baht ($43.5 million to $58 million).
