Thai CP Group-owned Bellisio Foods to buy Frozen Specialties from US PE firm

Bellisio Foods Inc, owned by Bangkok-based Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), has agreed to acquire Frozen Specialties Inc (FSI) from the US-based private equity house Swander Pace Capital for an undisclosed sum, according to the company’s announcement on Monday.
