<article><p>The <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=Employees%20Retirement System of Texas"><strong>Employees Retirement System of Texas</strong></a> (ERS), one of the largest pension funds in the US, has committed $100 million to <a href="https://www.dealstreetasia.com/?s=KKR%20&amp; Co"><strong>KKR &amp; Co</strong></a>’s first Asia-focused infrastructure fund, according to a disclosure.</p></article>

KKR was recently reported to have raised $1.5 billion, roughly half of the total targeted for its Asia-focused infrastructure fund.
