Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, India’s largest drug maker, has decided to acquire Ocular Technologies, Sarl (OTS) from global PE firm Auven Therapeutics (Auven) for $40 million, the company said in a stock market disclosure on Thursday. The deal is subject to various approvals and is expected to complete by end of this year.
