Southeast Asian marketplace for alternative assets Alta (aka Fundnel) on Monday said it has bought private digital securities exchange Hg Exchange (HGX), which will now become its wholly-owned subsidiary and be renamed Alta Exchange. The team will continue to be led by HGX CEO Willie Chang and the existing HGX team.
