Singapore-based GoGorilla, which was started in 2012 as a provider of radio frequency identification (RFID) wristbands at events in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, has been acqui-hired by Sandpiper Digital Payments AG, a European cashless payment systems and services provider. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
