YuuZoo Corp has acquired 30 per cent of Infocomm Asia Holdings (IAH), via a share swap. IAH shareholders will issued 15 million new YuuZoo shares, worth about S$2.39 million ($1.65 million), representing 2.3 per cent of YuuZoo’s issued shares.
