Singapore-based dating app Paktor has acquired Down, which was formerly branded as Bang With Friends (BWF). Financial terms of the acquisition are undisclosed. Down was launched in 2013 and has been downloaded 5 million times, with a reported active user base of 200,00 monthly users.
