Singapore-based social enterprise Start Now Pte Ltd has been acquired by Goodtizens Technologies Pte Ltd, a spinoff venture by The GoodWater Company. The transaction which was officially completed in October and is valued at S$530,000 (US$378,301), according to Start Now.
