Singapore: Charisma Energy sells 200m new shares to raise S$2.3; acquires 50% in Grenzone for S$2.2m

Electrical and mechanical engineering company Charisma Energy Services has reached a deal to acquire a 50 per cent stake in Grenzone, a Singapore-incorporated private limited company engaged in the design, supply and installation of solar-generated equipment and devices and affordable green housing.
