Two Singapore listed realty-linked firms announced Tuesday that they had secured projects abroad. AVJennings has acquired the Waterline Place project in Williamstown, Victoria, Australia, while Amplefield said its partly owned unit had formed a joint venture for building and developing landed properties, villas, shop‐houses and affordable apartments in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
