Russian state technology firm Rostec could be merging one of it units with major Russian defence contractors. In a development reported by Kommersant on Monday, this could see Rostec’s Roseletronika company merge with defense companies RTI and Micron. These corporations are owned by the AFK Sistema conglomerate.
