Texas retirement fund to inject $75m in Everstone-backed IndoSpace fund

Employees Retirement System Of Texas, a public pension fund with more than $21 billion in assets under management, has committed about $75 million to IndoSpace Logistics Parks III, the third fund from Mumbai-based industrial real estate investor IndoSpace Logistics Parks, one person directly aware of the development said.
