Indonesian crypto exchange and marketplace Reku has bagged $11 million in a Series A funding round led by AC Ventures with participation from Coinbase Ventures and Skystar Capital, the firm said on Thursday. This marked Reku’s first institutional fundraising.
The startup, formerly known as Rekeningku.com, will utilise the fresh investment to unveil new offerings and add 50 new team members to the current 80, it said
Reku said it only provides reputable tokens to its users, meaning the tokens must be credible and have sufficient liquidity, and are therefore very safe. Reku generated $3 billion in gross transaction value last year.
