Radhakishan Damani, the Indian billionaire investor and founder of Avenue Supermarts, which runs the D-Mart retail chain, has acquired Health and Glow, a Bangalore-based beauty and personal care chain from the family offices of Rajan Raheja and Hemendra Kothari for Rs 700-750 ($85-91 million), The Economic Times reported on Friday.
