Malaysian oil palm plantation firm Kulim Malaysia Bhd said on Thursday its largest shareholder Johor Corp was proposing to take it private via a selective capital reduction and repayment (SCR) of 4.10 ringgit per share, worth about 2.2 billion ringgit ($513 million).
