Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund The Public Investment Fund has opened an office in HK. In a separate development, New Zealand Precinct forged a partnership with Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC. In S Korea, Neosapience raised $21.5 million in a Series B round.
