India Digest: Oyo parent Oravel inks JV with SB Topaz; Amazon-Reliance Retail talks end

Ritesh Agarwal-owned Oravel Stays, the parent company of Oyo Hotels and Homes, has inked an agreement to set up two joint ventures (JV) with Softbank controlled SB Topaz in India. In a separate development, Amazon’s plan to pick up a 26 per cent stake in Reliance Retail has fallen through due to differences over valuation.
