OTP Ventures leads funding in DeHaat Honest Farms
DeHaat Honest Farms, the pesticide-free consumer food brand of agritech company DeHaat, has raised nearly $3.7 million (Rs 35 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round led by OTP Ventures, per an Entrackr report.
The funding also saw participation from Sadev Capital and Maiuni Ventures.
As part of the company’s next phase of expansion, DeHaat co-founder Adarsh J Srivastava has been appointed as CEO of Honest Farms, said the report.
The fresh capital will be used to expand the brand’s presence across geographies, increase category awareness around pesticide-free food and develop new products.
Atomberg secures approval to raise $47m
Consumer appliances startup Atomberg Technologies has received shareholder approval to raise up to Rs 450 crore through a fresh equity issue as it prepares for an IPO, Entrackr reported citing the company’s latest RoC filings.
The approval was granted at an EGM held on August 12, 2026. Atomberg may also raise up to Rs 90 crore through a pre-IPO placement, which will be adjusted against the fresh issue size if completed, the report said.
The company plans to list on one or more recognised stock exchanges, with the IPO timing subject to regulatory approvals. The offering may also include an OFS by existing shareholders, although its size has not been disclosed.
Atomberg plans to list its equity shares on one or more recognised stock exchanges. The timing of the IPO will be determined after discussions with its book-running lead managers and other advisors and will remain subject to the necessary regulatory clearances.
Atomberg, which makes smart ceiling fans and other home appliances, converted into a public company in July as part of its IPO preparations.
