Noctua Games, a subsidiary of the Southeast Asian gaming organisation Attention Holdings (ATTN), has raised $3 million from several investors, show its recent filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
ACRA filings only reflect the equity funding received so far in a round. The overall funding round could be larger and/or have other components such as debt.
