Myanmar Dealbook: Telenor, Yoma Bank launch mobile money service; Hydel projects take off

Myanmar telecom operators are coming up with new initiatives to improve their coverage and offer better services. Telenor is teaming up with Yoma Bank to launch a mobile financial service where people can transact without visiting a bank. Meanwhile, the country is looking to resume work on its hydropower projects like Upper Belu Creek and Ngaw Chan Hka.
