China’s silicon wafer maker Meike secures $155m to expand ops

Chinese silicon wafer manufacturer Jiangsu Meike Solar Technology has completed raising nearly 1 billion yuan ($155 million) in its Series A and A+ rounds of financing, per an announcement.
