Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd (M&M) has acquired Hisarlar Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Hisarlar), a farm equipment company, marking its entry into Turkey, one of the largest markets for farm equipment, the company said in a statement on Friday.
