Legend Capital, a fund management arm of Chinese conglomerate Legend Holdings, has so far raised almost $186.7 million for its third healthcare fund LC Healthcare Fund III, according to its latest filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The US SEC filing typically only represents the capital raised from investors in the US.
