Malaysia’s Bank Negara approves Kenanga’s acquisition of Libra Invest

Kenanga Investors Berhad (KIB), the asset management subsidiary of Malaysian lender Kenanga Investment Bank, has secured the approval to acquire 100 per cent equity stake in Libra Invest Berhad, a fund management arm of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad, according to a statement.
