An Indonesian small-size lender PT Bank Harda Internasional is eyeing up to Rp142.50 billion ($10.71 million) from initial public offering (IPO) in August. The company is offering as much as of 950 million shares to the public, representing 25 per cent of the total paid-in capital at price range of Rp115 to Rp150 each.
