Indonesia’s MNC to merge streaming business Vision+ parent with Malacca SPAC

Indonesia’s PT MNC Visions Networks Tbk (IPTV) has agreed to merge its streaming business and other units with blank cheque firm Malacca Straits Acquisition Company Limited, according to a company statement.
