Indonesian toll road operator Jasa Marga plans to raise Rp 7 trillion ($521.3 million) next year to repay debts and to fund expansion. The state-owned company aims to collect $446 million from selling bonds and $74.4 million from divesting shares in two subsidiaries – JORR W1 and Trans Marga Jateng (TMJ).
