Indonesian financial consultancy firm PT Corpus Prima Mandiri (Corpus), through its venture capital unit Corpus Prima Venture (CPV), has agreed to purchase an investment management company called PT Jisawi Finas for Rp 46 billion ($3.47 million). Corpus will now control 69.06 per cent stakes in Jisawi Finas.
