Indonesian state-owned company PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) has announced plans to offer 9-10 per cent of shares held by the government through shares placement, as well as issuing a Rp6 trillion bond this year. At the same time, Huawei through its local unit will become PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL)‘s new shareholder through a bond conversion worth Rp 1,23 Trilion ($93.2 million) or equivalent to 9 per cent of shares.
