Indonesia’s PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) is planning to conduct a rights issue worth up to Rp5.5 trillion ($404.41 million) to strengthen its capital structure in anticipation of international regulations. The lender said it had already received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the planned issue.
