Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has completed the acquisition of US-based eye care company InSite Vision Inc. through one of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries Thea Acquisition Corp, the firm said on Tuesday. The move is likely to help Sun Pharma expand its branded eye care business in the US.
