India: Market regulator's move to ease AIF norms seen boosting IPO market

A regulatory decision allowing category-II alternative investment funds (AIFs) to sell their shares in a company any time after its initial public offering (IPO) will help the funds plan investments better and bring them on par with category-I AIFs, experts said.
