CPPIB, ADIA, others offer to take India's ReNew Energy private at $2.8b valuation

Some of the biggest investors in ReNew Energy Global have offered to take the company private, filings to the US Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC) show, in a proposed deal that values the green energy generator at $2.82 billion, according to Reuters calculations.
