Publishing services company MPS Ltd, formerly known as Macmillan Publishing, on Wednesday announced that it is acquiring Tata Interactive Systems, the e-learning solutions unit of Tata Industries Ltd, for a consideration of up to Rs 80 crore ($12 million).
