India: Helpshift raises $23m in Series B funding from Microsoft, Salesforce Ventures

Helpshift Inc., a start-up that makes customer support software for mobile apps, on Tuesday said it has raised $23 million in Series B funding from Microsoft Ventures, Salesforce Ventures and existing investors Intel Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, True Ventures and Visionnaire Ventures.
