India Digest: Vodafone to shed payments bank stake; Ocean Sparkle to sell 74%; Hero offloads 49% in Colombian unit

Telecom major Vodafone is in talks with Piramal group and HDFC to sell 49% stake in its payments bank arm, while the promoters of Ocean Sparkle are looking to sell 74 per cent stake in the company to a strategic partner. Also the country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has offloaded 49 per cent stake in its Colombian operations to Woven Holdings.
