India Dealbook: Astral Poly acquires Resinova Chemie; Blue Star buys 51% in Oman Electro; Amtek to sell coffee chain Barista

Astral Poly Technik has acquired the balance 24% stake in Kanpur-based Resinova Chemie Ltd from Vijay Parikh for a consideration of nearly $11 million, while Blue Star, an air-conditioning and commercial refrigeration company, has acquired 51% stake in Oman Electro Mechanical Contracting Co LLC. Debt-laden auto component maker Amtek Group is looking to sell loss-making coffee chain Barista.
