Autonomous driving solutions provider iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co Ltd has secured ‘tens of millions of US dollars’ in its Series C round of financing.
The current round was led by China’s state-owned enterprise reconstructing fund, with participation from Huaqiang Ventures and Suzhou Yongxin Ark Equity Investment. Huatai United Securities facilitated the transaction, per a company statement.
Set up in 2016, iMotion’s offerings comprise intelligent front camera, AD domain controller, HD mapping, advanced driving assistant system, driving functions, among others.
iMotion’s previous investors include Oriza Holdings and Suzhou Nanyuan Rongtong Investment Management, state-owned CCB International’s sub-fund, and Shenzhen Guozhong Venture Capital Management.
