Indonesia's GoTo unit snaps up logistics firm from affiliate for nearly $38m

Indonesian tech behemoth GoTo has acquired local logistics startup Swift Logistics Solution (SLS) for 583 billion rupiah ($37.53 million), according to a disclosure on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). GoTo’s investment was routed through its subsidiary PT Paket Anak Bangsa (PKB), or GoSend.
