Stockholm-headquartered private equity firm EQT has collected at least $490 million for its ninth Asia buyout fund, according to its filings to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
BPEA Private Equity Fund IX, SCSp has raised $11 million, while BPEA Private Equity Fund IX (No.2), SCSp recorded $477.4 million. The two vehicles raised the money from a total of 18 investors, the filings showed.
US SEC filings typically reflect only the amount raised from US investors.
