US-based software firm Ebix Inc is acquiring Mumbai based Mercury Travels and Delhi based Leisure Corp for a cumulative amount of approximately $14.2 million while Security and Intelligence Services (India) said on Thursday that it will acquire 51 per cent stake in Gurugram-based SLV Security Services.
