China’s organic silicon materials producer Dongyue eyes $297m in ChiNext IPO

Shandong Dongyue Organosilicon Materials Co., Ltd (Dongyue Silicon), an organic silicon materials producer, is seeking an aggregate of 2.07 billion yuan ($297 million) in an initial public offering (IPO) on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to a company filing.
