Singapore-based insurtech company CXA Group is shutting down its Vietnam tech hub in Ho Chi Minh City by April 16 as it plans to consolidate its technology operations in China, Rosaline Chow Koo, founder and CEO of CXA Group confirmed to DealStreetAsia in an email.
