Chinese life sciences and healthcare-focused venture investor YuanBio Venture Capital, also known as bioVenture, has so far raised $218.7 million for its latest fund, according to its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The US SEC filing typically only represents capital raised from US investors.
