AIoT-driven circuit chips developer Buffalo Lab has raised tens of millions of dollars in a Series B round funding led by Sequoia Capital China, according to a company statement on Thursday.
Qiming Venture Partners, China Growth Capital and MFund also participated in the current round.
Buffalo Lab is committed to offering smart ultra-low power and intelligent system-on-a-chip. Its products cater to smart home, smart city, smart manufacturing, smart robotics, smart telecom device and automobile sectors. Additionally, it also offers AIoT-based services such as face recognition, speech recognition, and multi-sensor fusion.
The company’s top clients include Apple, Google, Samsung, Huawei, Microsoft and Sony.
Buffalo will look at market expansion strategies and also speed up R&D efforts.
